20 October 2011 Within 30 days of AGM, the company must file:

Form 66 (Compliance certificate)
Form 23AC (Balance Sheet & Annual Report)
Form 23ACA (P/L account)

Within 60 days of AGM, the company must file:

Annual Return : Form 20B

22 July 2025 Last date to hold AGM (Annual General Meeting)
The first AGM must be held within 18 months from the date of incorporation.

Subsequent AGMs must be held within 6 months from the end of the financial year, but not later than 15 months from the previous AGM.
