One of my client unexpectedly forgot for filing of Loan satisfaction document to roc since 1 Year. Now what are the Process and document required for submit the loan satisfaction document ?

18 December 2014 The application for Condonation of delay may be filed by the company or any other person interested with the Central Government in Form No.CHG-8 along with the fee.

Order passed by the central government shall be submitted with the registrar in Form INC 28 as per the conditions stipulated in the said order.

02 January 2015 Dear Sir, Thanks for Replay, in Roc site the Form No: CHG - 8 is not a electronic form is a pdf form only, and what are the attachment for this form.
