Dear frnds,
One of our client Pvt Ltd Co. has not filed ROC return for the past 6 ars and in the MCA websites company status shows as "Dormant".
Please guide me what are remedies available the sort out the issue.
And how to file return for past years.

Hi
You file Annual Filing of last 6 years with additional fee as per revised Schedule X of the Companies Act, 1956.
If your Director is appointed before July 01, 2007, you will also submit DIN 3 of all directors with ROC.
