Can any one please provide me the board resolution formats for rights issue meeting for example:a) approving of draft letter of offer b) appointment of bankers to issue c)to decide the price, total no. of shares, proportion etc....

Please treat it on urgent basis..

That i had already viewd but i want the formats of resolution....how to draft the resolution..am not getting it anywhere
