Rfd01 for export of services with lut for itc

Please guide the details of figures to be filled in in RFD 01 in case of exporter of services for claiming ITC .
What are the figures pop up and which figures /col we have to manually filled in, pl.guide.

IGST/CGST/SGST on inputs
& adjusted total turnover .( services supplied )
Adjusted total turnover means total export excluding value of exported services .
Rest all will pop up automatically
Querist : Anonymous
In this case , Export turnover is Rs.32 lacs and domestic turnover is Nil.
ITC is Rs.53500.
Adjusted Turnover will be Nil.
Where CGST/SGST on inputasare to be filled in ?
Where RCM on Rent is to be included as it was not adjusted.
Further , what about the ITC on Misc.services , where to be shown.
