Revival of suspended comapny

one of the my client is having NBFC Company listed with stock exchange, the same has been suspended by that stock exchange. we want to revive this company. i want to know the procedure to revive the company and the cost involved into that.

If the Company is properly functioning, then solve BSE queries and ask them to allow the company for trading.
If the company is not functional, then reviving would be difficult.
