What is time limit for revision of TDS Return? and penal provision for non-revision?

No time limit specified in the act for filing revised TDS return. Also there is no penalty for filing revised TDS return.

As sanjay said, as of now there is no time limit for it.
But there may be other problem like if you are going on making modifications, since there is a time limit for completion of assessments for "persons" they may get affected
