company is filling ER-1 returns in electronic mode thru ACES. The deptt. has raised issues. Now the company wants to revise the E-return.However the ACES shows return as filed by the deptt.
Is there any procedure to revise the same.

you have to reply the department queries and R/O will have authority to admit your replies and rectify the mistakes in return.
