ca inst.. has just uploded new study material (apart from what is applicable from nov.14 onwards) dated January 2013 edition under bord of studies>knowledgeportal>final>study material.. carrying major amendments in syllabus.. do all these revisions are applicable for november 13 exam..please help me out

You should know all the provisions but all amendments before 6 months of your examination and are implemented shall be important for your examination purpose.
