02 August 2013 ca inst.. has just uploded new study material ((apart from what is applicable from nov.14 onwards) dated January 2013 edition under bord of studies>knowledgeportal>final>study material.. carrying major amendments in syllabus.. do all these revisions are applicable for november 13 exam..please help me out

02 August 2013 watever is changed uptill 30.4.2013 all is applicable except the finance act 2013.

for nov exam finance act 2012 is only applicable.

02 August 2013 sir,its about new syllabus ca institute has just revised major things in accounts,sfm,costing and isca and new study material is showing january 2013 edition..do we need to study new edition study material i.e. january 2013 edition for november 2013..its not only about finance act 2012 its about latest study material

02 August 2013 this was also done in jan 2012 and q came in nov 2012 exam in fm and costing.

01 September 2013 As a CA students you should be updated with all recent amendments and notifications issued from time to time but those amendments which are made applicable before 6 months of your examination are very very important.
