29 July 2011 we already have returned tds return for 26Q4 for F.y. 2008-09 two times in regular type(by mistake) can i revised the same in this month ( Aug'11).we have issued tds certificate of Rs. 103000/- during F.y. 08-09 against 194J which was negletd by NSDL. can i awail this amt For calculating my taxble income during F.y. 2010-11
if not what is the solution to awail that
plese give me clear answer

31 July 2011 you need to cancel the one regular return and correct the TDS return with adding the above mentioned deduction also
