we already have returned tds return for 26Q4 for F.y. 2008-09 two times in regular type(by mistake) can i revised the same in this month ( Aug'11).we have issued tds certificate of Rs. 103000/- during F.y. 08-09 against 194J which was negletd by NSDL. can i awail this amt For calculating my taxble income during F.y. 2010-11

you need to cancel the one regular return and correct the TDS return with adding the above mentioned deduction also
