I want to know where to show FDR With Bank in revised schedule vi, whether to show in cash and cash equivalents under head bank deposit with 12 months maturity or under current investments.

If the bank deposit is going to mature in next financial year, show it as CURRENT else NON CURRENT. Better if you add one line item for such amounts rather than including it in cash equivalent.
