27 April 2012 In case of a Closely held Pvt Ltd.Company whether it is mandatory to disclose/show all
Heads/subheads as covered under Capital & Liabilities and Assets as per Revised VI to the Companies Act requirements even though certain heads/subheads is not applicable to the company . If yes then so far main head/subhead which is not applicable to Co.is concerned whether the same has to be shown/disclosed as NA/NIL.

It is not necessary to show all the heads or sub heads on the Face of FS. Applicable heads/subheads would be shown on the Face of FS. It is not mandatory requirement in Revised Schedule. If particular head is not applicable then NA or NIL will throw wrong impression as well . But you need to take care that in previous year that Head was applicable or not.
