Whether, Revised Schedule VI is applicable for LLP. As per Companies Act, LLP is not a company and as per Parternership act LLP is a body corporate.

Dear Vipin,
LLP is a body corporate as defined in section 2(7((C) of companies act, 1956 but the same by view of the said definition can not be termed as company and therefore Revised schedule can not be applied to LLP.
Revised Schedule is applicable to companies only and not to all the body corporate.
