Sir,
We had liablity under Central Excise in the month of May,2009 but due to oversight the same was not deposited. What are the options available:
1)Whether the liaibility can be deposited in December alongwith with interest and the same can be considered in the Return for the month of December;
2)Whether we need to revise the Return for the month of May,2009
Please clarify.

I assume, you have calculated the liability correctly in first stance however not deposited. Same can be deposited now along with interest however no revise return to be filed.
If the return filed earlier is errorneous, then that need to be revised and interest and penalty need to be paid along with the current quarter return,
