The acknowledgement of the original belated return was not sent. Now I want to know whether I can file revised return or not.

Belated return can't be revised even though you have not sent original return.

Revision of Belated Return can be done with respect to A.y 2017-18 and further years as per amendment by finance act 2016
13 December 2016
After 120 days file original return again.
