I have filed a ITR- 4 for the A.Y. 2014-15 on 27.07.2014 i.e. before due date which was also processed by CPC, Bangalore. Now I found that there is some apparent mistakes which needs to be rectified. Please suggest whether can I file a revised return now.

Yes you can file revised return u/s 139(5) of the Income Tax Act 1961.
