13 August 2013 a revised return was required to be filed just a week after filing of the original return was filed as because the bank account number furnished was wrong.

is the response sheet required to be filed in this case also as it is done in case of rectification of return?

what are the other document required to be sent to CPC bangalore along with the Revised ITR V?
