In case of filing of return,name of assesse was written as "manek" instead of "maneck". so is it need to file revised retun?

No issues with that. Correct name will be taken from PAN database. No need to revise the return just for spelling mistake.

Even if you do not file revised return as your earlier return carrying
PAN No, naturally the computers verify on that basis and your name stands automatically corrected. yea if you still wish you can file a revised return.No harm !
