03 December 2015 Hello All,

at the time of raised ST Invoice for Nov month.

ST should be charge 14% (Up to 14 Nov'2015)
ST Should be charge 14.5% (From 15 Nov'2015)

is it correct ?

03 December 2015 YES IT IS CORRECT. BUT TAX IMPLICATION IS DIFFERENCE AS PER POINT OF TAXATION RULE ( SERVICE TAX)

03 December 2015 but i got replay from other it's depend on Date of Invoice if Date of Inv is 30th Nov then ST should be charged full 14.5% ??

04 December 2015 yess. Service tax rate applied on Date of completion, Date of payment received, Date of invoice.

Now if your service is completed before 15th November as well as payment received before 15th November & you are issuing invoice on 30th November then Service tax Rate would be only 14%.

If your service completed before 15th November, Payment received after 15th November, & you raise invoice after 15th November then service tax will be 14.5%.
