One of my clients has filed original IT return manually. Later it came to notice that TDS credit left to be claimed. Now while filing revised return, I am facing error that invalid acknowledgement number retry it. Please guide me to come out from this error.

Revised return also file it manually.

you can file revised retrun manually

Manual return can no be revised online. If original return was file online only then revised return can be filed online. Since in your case original return was filed manually you need to file revised return manually.
