I think, the provision of filing revised return in Form 20B with ROC is not in operation. Please confirm the same.

Agree with Mr. Ajay Mishra. But, can try the following options;
File a fresh Form 20B & in the optional attachment column, attach a clarificayory letter stating the mistake in the earlier form 20B etc.
