i have upload service tax return within Due date and inadvertently i taken short input in ST return -3 , after calculating service Tax input, i found that short Input have taken then whether service tax can show with increased service tax and it will be acceptable by department or not.

Yes it will be accepted but the return should be revised within 90 days of filing of original return. Remember service tax return can be revised only once within 90 days of filing of the return.
