Can firm income tax return as on 31.03.2012 can be revised before 31.07.2013.

If the original return was filed within due date u/s 139(1) then the return can be revised u/s 139(5). Belated return filed after due date u/s 139(4) can not be revised.

Assumining return is for A.Y.2012-13
if you have file return as per 139(1) you can revise he return with in 1 year from the end of relevant assessment year

End of relevant assessment year 31.03.2013
so due date will be 31.03.2014 or assessment by income tax company which ever is earlier
