Reverse service tax on payment of diretors remuneration

We are a Pvt. Ltd company turnover below 10 lakh, we two directors take 1.2 lakh per anum from company as Directors, will it attract reverse Tax payment ?

Under reverse charge method of service tax, there is no basic exemption of service tax, need to pay from starting
