22 May 2014 we have received a bill amounting to Rs.8400/- for maintenance of A.C. whether reverse applicable on above bill.

As per your Query, the asset was not reversed, it was advisable to A/c in Repairs & Maintenance - Electricals, or if it was an Annual Maintenance cost pls account in AMC charges and if you received the bills repeatedly, if the single bill value exceeds more than Rs.30000/- and bill value exceed Rs.75000/- more than P.A, TDS Should be applicable as per the Sec 194C (2) Sub contract basis and before deducting the TDS pls analyse the company profile if individual means 1% and Company (P ltd or Public Ltd 2%) will be deducted.
