Reverse charge on reimbursment by company!

23 January 2013 A company has reimbursed servicing and repairing charges of vehicles claimed by the employees of the company. servicing and repairing of movable property would be treated as works contract (vat and service tax both are charged). now my query is will reverse charge be applicable to the company for these reimbursements to the employees?

23 January 2013 No, reverse charge will not apply for the transaction above said. because this case actual service receiver is employee ( Individual) not company and it just on reimbursement of the expenses, reverse charge not apply
