Invoice given by advocate was not charged any service tax in the bill.
whether it was inclusive of service tax or exclusive?

After reverse charge become applicable individual advocates and firm of advocates not liable to pay any service tax hence they dont need to charge any service tax.
However if service receiver is business entity having more than 10 lakh turnover total 100% of service tax is to be paid directly to department under reversecharge mechanism
