dear expert, freight charges charged in purchase inv, is it need to pay service tax by purchaser?

In case of FOR sale, Invoice price is inclusive of freight charges , consignment note, bills etc all will be in the name of seller , he pays freight to the transporter.
In this scenario the seller has to pay service tax.
