I (C.A.) am providing consultancy services to various company/partnership firm/prop. firm. Whether these firms are liable to pay service tax under reverse charge mechanism.

No, only fees paid to advocates are covered under reverse charge provided the turnover of the payer exceeds Rs 10 lakh
