Does Reverse Charge Mechanism apply on a Co - Operative Housing Society receiving works contract service from a Private Limited Company. Please clarify if Co - Operative Society attracts Reverse Charge on Works Contract as a Service Recipient or not.

No, it is applicable only if service provider is individual, Hindu Undivided Family or partnership firm, whether registered or not, including association of persons and provided to a business entity registered as body corporate
