Dear sir, please clarify when GST registered dealer purchased goods from GST composition dealer, will RCM applicable on the purchase value?.

RCM not applicable purchased from RD/C. No ITC available,, it's loss to Register Dealer...

No RCM apply as composition dealer is also registered dealer in GST.

You can't Claim ITC on goods purchased from Composition Dealer but purchase from Unregistered person doesn't attract RCM.

I asked to him "In case ll be purchase from Composition dealer... RCM ll be applicable or not...?"
He replied "NO". Then how to take the answer...?
