if a tax consultancy company provides legal service then it is taxable or not i.e. reverse charge mechanism is applicable or not???

if it pvt ltd or ltd company then no reverse charge applicable. you have to charge service tax on invoice.

Reverse charge applicable only in case of service provided by Advocates or firm of Advocates.
