05 November 2015 We are a pvt ltd company we sell our goods to various online channels like snapdeal , flipkart etc . We pay the entire service tax amount on fright and courier expenses . However freight and courier service is provided to us by snapdeal and other channnels . Who is liable to pay service tax amount and weather we will get any abatement
