05 December 2014 we have given contract for bldg repair / civil works. so how much service tax to be pay able by us on labour contract amount paid to contractor under reverse charge mechanism. and we shall take that amt as input set off or not. pl reply.

05 December 2014 If the labour provided by the contractor works under the contractor superintendence ,then it is a pure labour contract.No reverse charge applicable.
