Dear Sir/Mam,
In reverse charge mechanism, is it necessary for the service provider(covered under the same)to show in the invoice service tax separately even if service receiver is liable to pay 100% service tax?

There is no need to show service tax amount in bill however he should append a note giving reference of service tax notification by which he is not liable to service tax & receiver has to pay under reverse charge
