1. Other than GTA - reverse charge is NOT applicable.
In such cases, reverse charge is applicable if the service PROVIDER is an individual, HUF or firm and the service recipient is a company, etc.
2. In case of GTA, reverse charge may be applicable if the person making payment of freight is a FACTORY or a company.
