02 July 2012 Sir,I've read notification 15/2012 for reverse charge mechanisam, in that few services covered under that notification, Kindly confirm which taxable services covered under this notification or reverse charge mechanisam.

03 July 2012 1. Service provided by insurance agent to insurance company - insurance company is liable to pay reverse charge.

2. Service provided by GTA.

3. Service provided by way of sponsorship.

4. Services provided by an arbitral tribunal.

5. Service provided by an individual advocate or a firm of advocate by way of legal services.

6. Specified services provided by Govt. or local authority.

7. Renting of a motor vehicle designed to carry passengers.

8. Service provided by way of by way of supply of manpower for any purpose

9. Service provided in service portion in works contract.

10. Import of services.
