25 March 2015 pl clarify whther on printing of envelop reverse charge applicable?
if materail and service both are of vendor and we are comany and vendor is individual?

25 March 2015 Reverse charge is not applicable since you are a company and also there is no exemption from service tax.

Accordingly, you will have to charge service tax on the bill

27 March 2015 No i mean we (company) give order to vendor (individual to print envelop in our company name so we are liable for reverse charge?
or there is exemption in case of printing of envelop?
