I am working in mfg company
I am hiring manpower on pieces rate system. this service comes under Reverse Charge Mechanism.
pls provide notification.

The extent to which tax liability has to be discharged by the service receiver is specified in Notification No. 30/2012-ST dated 20.6.2012.

this is not come under the reverse charge system service provider will charge service tax @ 12.36%.
