27 June 2014 Is AOP liable to reverse charge on advocate fees? If an AOP has units in many places, Is turnover limit of Rs 10 lac to be taken for the whole AOP or for only that unit of AOP for which advocate fess is related to?

27 June 2014 the whole service tax applies on the basis of the entity and not on the basis of branches...

One more thing i want to know. Even if separate registration under service tact act has been done for each unit then also turnover will be seen for the whole unit instead of each unit seperately?

27 June 2014 that is what I am trying to say...that individual units dont matter...you may have separate registrations, but turnover will be entity wise only
