18 March 2013 For Exaple if i m a service receiver of man power supply and service provider is a individual not register under service tax and he is providing us bill without service tax.
In that case what should I do??

18 March 2013 Provider being a SSP will not charge 25% in bill.You can claim CC of 75%.

12 April 2013 It mean if service provider of man power supply who is unregistered will raise his bill as follow

Charges Rs. 100000/-
S.Tax @9.27% 9270
Total 109270/-

19 August 2013 Provider bill will be of Rs.100000/- only as he is SSP
You(Co.) have to discharge your liability of Rs. 9270 independently.
Provided other conditions of RCM are satisfied.
