Our company unknowingly paid 100% of Service Tax to Manpower Recruitment agency (a proprietary firm) instead of 25% . Can we take CENVAT credit of 100% Service Tax paid?

Technically you are bound to pay your 75% part of ST also.
On other side on the basis of amt. paid as mentioned on Invoice you can claim CENVAT.
