10 October 2017 dear sir may cilent in dealing only saree which is covered under goods only. he has paid office rent of 10000 permonth.whether reverce charge applicable in this case it is dealing only goods not services.if applicable then it will be calculted after deduction rs 5000 per day exp.

total rent = 1200000
less= (60000)
60000 5000*12*18%
gst paid = 10800 on only 60000 amount it is to be treated as input services

10 October 2017 This is totally a wrong calculation. first clarify rent is 1 lac or 10 thousand. if 1 lac then gst payable per month is rs. 18000 if 10000 then gst payable is 1800. daily deduction of 5000 not applicable in this case.

10 October 2017 RCM only u/S 9(4) will be suspended after notification. RCM u/S 9(3) is still applicable.
