Dear all, I need Revalidation form (without fees) for C.A. final. I received one letter about filing the same form to Mumbai office till December'2013 as i finished 5 years of final registration otherwise i will have to pay. So kindly provide me the link of the form so that i can download it and filed the same to the institute.

So if I submit this form before 31.12.2013 then i need not to pay anything to institute?

yes till 31.12.2013 no fees for revalidation is applicable, wef from 1.1.2014 500 rs will be applicable to ca final revalidation of registration.
