my registration of ipcc expired and iam going to apply for revalidation can I fill the examination form along with revalidation

You can apply for verification of marks but you are not eligible to appear in exam if you do not have registration no.

02 August 2013 No, you are not eligible, because your registration period has been expired before filing the examination form. So firstly submit re validation form with Institute.
