1.VAT/CST Return
Sales invoice,Booking,Tax liablity vs booked liabilty
Purchase invoice, Booking,Input availed, utilised
Payment = Output, Input, Payment in cash and payment reconciliation with books of accounts
TDS return
TDS Deduction Reconciliation with books and payment , challan, Amount on which tds deducted , tds amount compare with books of accounts, rates properly deuducted whether short deduction is there , any lower rate deducted the same certificate is avaiable or not, payments and returns are with in the due date
ESI/PF return
Calculation of ESI/PF with rates,liability creation payment, respective forms, return filed with in the due date, whether liability creation and payment reconciliation with books of accounts
Service Tax return
Invoice raised during the month,service tax charges during the month, invoice realised during the month, input availed, input utlised for payment, tax paid in cash, whether all these are reconcile with books of accounts, the payments are paid with in the due date and returns are filed on due date
