ITR submission on the basis of PAN so u should b check ur ward though ur PAN no. by depicted link:

and salary returns irrespective of the ward has to be filed at Bandra...right?

Regarding where to file ITR-2 with only interest income and short-term loss:
ITR filing location is determined by your PAN-based Income Tax Ward jurisdiction.

Once you know your ward, you file the physical return (if you are filing manually) at the corresponding ward office. For e-filing, the location is less relevant as it's all online.
About salary returns filing at Bandra:
