28 July 2009 ITR 2 - Only interest income and short term loss - where this return needs to be filed, bandra or vashi?

If vashi, whats the address?

28 July 2009 ITR submission on the basis of PAN so u should b check ur ward though ur PAN no. by depicted link:

28 July 2009 and salary returns irrespective of the ward has to be filed at Bandra...right?

21 July 2025 Regarding where to file ITR-2 with only interest income and short-term loss:

ITR filing location is determined by your PAN-based Income Tax Ward jurisdiction.
You can check your ward online here:

Once you know your ward, you file the physical return (if you are filing manually) at the corresponding ward office. For e-filing, the location is less relevant as it's all online.

About salary returns filing at Bandra:

In many cities including Mumbai, salary returns are often processed centrally at offices like Bandra.

However, for manual filing, it is advisable to verify your jurisdiction first, because even salary returns may have to be filed at the ward where you reside or where your PAN is assigned.
