already filed original return and unfortunately it became defect Now I got a notice. I want to rectify the defect whether I have to pay additional interest under 234 a, b, c?

Prepare Correct return by putting details of int paid & submit it online.....

Rectify the defect within 15 days time allowed no need to pay 234 a b c interest additionally.

if am fail to submit return within 15 days and revised the return, attached the ITR in the site.
if so is there any chance to wave those defect?

Try now to rectify the defect if not allowed you have to file the original belated return again for which interest for delay in filing the return applicable.
