Dear Sir,
a company had search and seizure . now got notice u/s 153A TO File return u/s 153A(b). of Income Tax Act.
My question is do we need to file the same return as we filled u/s 139 if there is no disclosure.
do we need to file return online.
or we can submit hard copy of return filled u/s 139 to income tax office.
kindly help me to deal with the matter,

In case there is no further disclosure you may file the same returns as were originally filed under section 139.
In my opinion such returns are not required to be filed online they are to be submitted directly to the concerning assessing officer.
